Anytime we drive through this area we make an appointment to stop at the Ponderosa. I have to get a turkey sandwich and also a bologna barbecue sandwich. My wife always gets the chopped brisket. All the sides are very good as well! If you in the area, he will benefit you to stop awesome food!

Absolutely the best brisket we've had in years! It was tender, moist, flavorful with an awesome barbecue sauce. The creamy potato salad was spot on. The great country music was turned high enough so you could hear it, but could still have a conversation. We enjoyed the comfy, homey vibe and the staff were friendly and helpful. Well worth the drive from Lubbock.
